Will I still have full control over my diary?Yes of course! We send push notifications to you to accept/decline each booking, keeping you in full control. You can also choose to not share your booking link & enter your appointments manually yourself.

Will my clients need to download the PamperBook App too?No. Your clients will book appointments with you through the link in your bio. The PamperBook App is for business users only.

What if I go on holiday or need to leave early, how do I do this on the app?"Our unavailability tool easily allows you to block out any dates & times that you need. Meaning clients won't be able to book any appointments at those times.

What features do you haveAll features can be found on our pricing page. We provide unlimited features with all packages.

Do you charge for extra SMS'sWe provide everybody with a limit of 100 SMS's with every package. If you are to go over this it would be an additional 5p per SMS. We try to limit per appointment to just 1 SMS but you can have the option to turn on SMS's for confirmations also.

How do I set locationsYou only need to add an address to the 'Locations' section if you are working from more than one location. If not please only add your address into the 'My profile' section. To add different locations you will need to visit the 'Locations' section in your Admin and set the location then open your “Staff” section and assign the times and services to those locations. Please note, if you only have one working location you do not need to visit this section.

My working days and times don't show correctlyAdding your working days and times into the 'Opening days & Times' section then you will also have to go into 'Staff' select your staff member and add the working days and times here too. Please ensure you are using 24hr format times. ie 5pm = 17:00

How do I use Pamper PayYou can upgrade to PamperPay via the Admin section within your app.

Can I run reports for my businessUnfortunately at the moment we don’t offer any form of reporting on the app. This will be coming soon!

Can I send blasts to my customers?Yes, you can use the SMS section and send a message to all your customers. This helps fill gaps when you have a last min cancelation or a quiet spell in your diary.

How much do you charge per SMS over my free allowanceDepending on the package you choose you will receive a set amount of SMS's per month FREE. Then it costs 4p per SMS over your allowance.

How do i pay for the additional SMS'sYou will be billed automatically on the 1st of every month for your additional use of SMS's. You can view your balance at any time in the SMS section and also pause sending if your bill is growing too big.

Can I book out dates and times that I am on holiday. How do I do this.Yes! Click on the 'Digital Diary' then head to the '+' button. Click 'Add Unavailability' and then choose the date and time you wish to block out. You can do this day by day, week by week or month by month.

Can i add my own imagesYes, you can add your own images of your work via our app or website. Head to 'Images' within the app.

How to change my profile colour to match my own brandingChoose your colour by going to 'Admin Area' then clicking 'Booking Theme' here you can select the best colour for your brand.

Can I check my customers in and out?At the moment we don't have this feature available. Once your customers appointment has taken place the system will automatically move it in your appointments breakdown area.

How do my clients leave reviews?Reviews have to be manually entered via the app. Ask your clients to send them over then head to 'Admin Area' and click 'Reviews'

How do I add split parts in my services so I can book someone else in?You can use the “multi part” feature within your services to add gaps in between appointments.
